Get paid for the loads you've already moved.
AI companies are paying logistics firms for years of rate confirmations, load tenders, dispatch threads and claims. We check if yours qualify, introduce you to the right buyer and stay with you until you're paid.
Two minutes. No access to your systems. Nothing upfront.
What logistics companies like yours can earn.
It depends mostly on how many office and operations staff you have, and how many years of records you keep.
Our market estimate for a US company with 8–12 years on its tools, built from three buyers' published pricing. Staff means office and operations staff. Not an offer: the buyer sets the price after review.

What buyers pay for in logistics
AI knows what a bill of lading is. It has never seen how a load really gets covered at 4pm on a Friday.
Rate quotes and load tenders
How a lane gets priced, tendered and covered, and why some loads go to the spot market. Almost none of this is public.
Lives inTMS, email, DAT or Truckstop
Dispatch and track-and-trace
How loads get assigned, checked in and rerouted when a truck breaks down or a dock is full.
Lives inMcLeod, MercuryGate or Turvo, email, Teams or Slack
Delivery exceptions and claims
Late, short, damaged or refused: how each problem gets documented, argued and settled.
Lives inEmail, TMS notes, claims files
Carrier onboarding and SOPs
How carriers get vetted and set up, and the playbooks your team actually follows.
Lives inOnboarding tools, SharePoint, shared drives
Your clients and team are never named.
Before anything is delivered, an independent firm swaps every name, contact detail, address and reference number for a consistent placeholder. The work stays readable. The people in it don't.

8–16 weeksLogistics companies with years of decisions in writing.
- 30+ office and operations staff (brokers, dispatchers, customer service, accounting), now or at your peak
- 3+ years on the same email and TMS
- Loads run in writing: email, TMS notes, Teams or Slack
- Your own records, with driver HR files and payroll kept separate
- US or UK, mostly in English
Drivers and warehouse staff don't count toward size, and don't need to. Operating, winding down or closed: all can qualify.
Questions owners ask us
Do drivers and warehouse staff count toward the 30 staff?
No. Buyers count office and operations staff: brokers, dispatchers, customer service, carrier sales, accounting and admin. A carrier with 300 drivers and 40 people in the office qualifies.
Are drivers' and customers' personal details shared?
No. Names, phone numbers, emails, home addresses and CDL numbers are replaced with placeholders before anything is delivered. Driver HR files, medical cards and payroll are left out.
Will our shippers and carriers be named?
No. Shippers, consignees, carriers and brokers become consistent placeholders like [Carrier_118], so the story of each load stays intact. You approve a de-identified sample of your own records first.
What about ELD and telematics data?
GPS and location history from ELDs and telematics (Samsara, Motive) can be excluded entirely. Buyers mainly want the written work: quotes, tenders, dispatch notes, exceptions and claims.
What does it cost?
Nothing upfront. If a deal completes, you pay our success fee, agreed in writing under a mutual NDA before any introduction. No deal, no fee.
